24-hour vets in Singapore

5 veterinary hospitals accept patients around the clock, every day of the week including public holidays. If your pet needs help right now, call before you travel: an on-site team can tell you what to do on the way and prepare for your arrival.

Open latest in the evening

Not a full emergency hospital, but these clinics keep the longest evening hours. Check the individual listing, since the latest close may only apply on certain days.

When to go to a 24-hour hospital

  • Difficulty breathing, choking, or collapse
  • Suspected poisoning, including chocolate, grapes, lilies and rat bait
  • Repeated vomiting or retching without producing anything, especially in a large dog
  • Straining to urinate, particularly in male cats
  • Road traffic accidents, falls, or bleeding that does not stop
  • Seizures, or sudden inability to use the back legs
  • A whelping or queening that has stalled

This list is general guidance, not veterinary advice. When in doubt, phone a clinic and describe what you are seeing.
